Debra Myles ("Debbie") is Vice President of Human Resources for Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. Coca-Cola UNITED is the 3rd largest Coca-Cola Bottler in the United States and the largest privately held bottler.
Debbie began her career with Birmingham Coca-Cola in 1974 as a clerk in the service department and has held various positions to include: Executive Assistant, Benefits Manager and Human Resources Director. In 1999, Debbie became Coca-Cola UNITED’s Vice President of Human Resources. In her current role Debbie oversees the following departments within UNITED: Human Resources, Benefits and Compensation, Compliance, Learning and Development, and Payroll.
A native of Birmingham, AL, Debbie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and serves on the Risk Management Committee of The Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Association. Debbie is a resident and active community leader of Alabaster, AL. She has 2 sons and is interested in sports and outdoor activities.
