Lupe Birthright started his career with Coca-Cola in May 1997 as a relief merchandiser. He was promoted to a relief delivery/ merchandiser the following year. At the end of 1998, he was promoted to Business Development Manager. He spent the next eight years in the On Premise department assuming several different sales roles throughout the years. During the CCE ‘CE’ transition, he was promoted to Account Manager II where he split his time between the Large Store and Small Store sides of the business. He remained in the position until the role was restructured. He then accepted the Gulf Breeze/ Navarre sales route. He remained an Account Manager until the CCBCU transition. Before the CCBCU transition, Lupe accepted the role of Senior Sales Supervisor Relief. Three months after the transition he accepted the Business Analyst, Sun Coast Division, role.
Lupe has served on the steering committee for the CCBCU Dashboards project as well as piloting several analytical blending tools for the company. He was selected to assist the Gulf Port, MS Sales Center in their CONA transition. He has also been involved with other CCBCU supported projects such as Habitat for Humanity and Toys for Tots.
Lupe and his wife Kim have two boys Alex (10) and Reef (6). In his spare time, Lupe likes to compete in the IRONMAN triathlons and hopes to train and complete one more before he retires his goggles, bike and shoes for good.
