Scarlett Herring is the Office Manager for Birmingham Coca-Cola Bottling Company. She graduated from Auburn University with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree with emphases in Entrepreneurship and Family Business, and Technical and Professional Communication.
She began her career with Coca-Cola UNITED in February 2016 at the Customer Solutions Center as an Inbound Agent handling calls from all of the Coca-Cola UNITED territories. Shortly thereafter, she moved into the leadership position of Inbound Agent Level II where she trained new hires and became a reference point for her teammates. As Office Manager, she will be the daily support to the Sales Center Manager and the Sales Operations teams. She is responsible for many different aspects of Birmingham Coca-Cola's business including route settlement, AP/AR functions, sales, marketing, event and travel coordination, and customer service. She also assisted with the 2017 United Way Pacesetter Campaign.
In her free time, Scarlett enjoys boat rides on Lake Martin, travel, and time spent with her dog, Possum.
