Our Customer Solutions Center is centrally located in Birmingham, Alabama to serve our valued Coca-Cola UNITED customers across seven Southeastern states.

Due to current inclement weather conditions, which potentially subject our associates to hazardous or unsafe situations, our offices are closed.

Our inclement weather processes are in place to enable continued service to our customers, in spite of these conditions.  Services include the collection and processing of product orders and service requests placed by our valued customers.

Due to the high volume of calls, there is an increased wait time.

To help alleviate this issue for our customers, please utilize the sales@ccbcu.com email for all orders and service@ccbcu.com.  Our team of agents continue to process all orders submitted during this time.
