The leadership team and myself would like to congratulate all of our 2018 Elite Team Members of the Year that were recognized for their accomplishments and contributions.

Every month, a team member from each department is recognized and added to our Team Members Spotlight Board for all to see.

After the year is complete, one employee from each department is selected to be the Elite Team Member of the Year for their team. These employees have displayed consistent excellence in their role and helped raise the bar for the entire team to achieve greater success.

Additionally from that group, one employee is selected as the Shreveport Sales Center’s Overall Elite Team Member of the Year.

I am proud to announce that Andrew Valentine (Large Store Sales Supervisor) was selected as the 2018 Overall ELITE Team Member of the Year.

Andrew truly embodies the essence of ELITE.  He is a leader within his group, takes on extra responsibilities and continues to look for opportunities to improve. The unique part of selecting our overall Elite Team Member of the Year is that it is voted on by all departments. To be selected means this person truly has had a positive impact on all departments. Congratulations Andrew!
