The College Park facility is pleased to announce that Lamus Haynes, Operator—Machine 2, has achieved Employee of the Month for August!

Lamus has built an excellent rapport with everyone at the facility, and he brings a positive and respectful mindset into the workplace. His coworkers have noted that he makes a point to routinely check on his team throughout the shift to ensure help is received when needed. He is also consistently building others up and encouraging his fellow employees to do their best.

Lamus recently joined the College Park facility’s Incentives Committee in hopes of boosting company moral by ensuring employee efforts are recorded and recognized. He also assisted his team in reaching the EBCO goal for the month of May, which helped put College Park in first place out of all the bottling plants for exceeding company standards.
