Alexandria Coca-Cola UNITED Employees: Caught in the Act!
Here at Coca-Cola UNITED, we know our employees are incredible—but we still love to catch them exhibiting those traits that make them exceptional!
Coca-Cola UNITED Has Been Caught in the Act!
“Caught in the Act” is a local employee recognition program where we recognize those who exhibit our company’s Core Values (Quality, Excellence, Integrity, and Respect) through work and their volunteerism in the community.
Congratulations to our great people in Alexandria who were “Caught in the Act” doing good things, setting great examples, improving their communities, and making a positive difference in the world!
Ricky Laborde is celebrating 40 years of service with Coca-Cola! That’s 480 months, or 175,200 days, or 10,512,000 minutes! Thanks for all your work, Ricky!
A big thank-you to the reset team, Jimmie Bell and Cody Beckham, for assisting at the Rapides Regional Medical Center. The support these men delivered in resetting the five coolers was amazing. Their quick and thorough expertise in getting these coolers set and refilled was a tremendous advantage to the hospital in servicing their customers. The hospital was greatly appreciative of the professionalism and fluidness in which they performed, and their dedication and attention to detail in customer service will continue to elevate Alexandria Coca-Cola as the leader in being the “Customers Most Valued Supplier”!
While visiting with new management at our local store Albertsons about an issue, Tracy Rachal not only diffused the situation by providing a solution to the store manager, but she also sold two additional coolers for the front end for more Core SSD, which was needed. Tracy did this through fact-based selling. Her tenacity and concern for her business and its customers help to drive her to look for new opportunities and gains that translate into growth for Coca-Cola and its partners. But Tracy didn’t stop there—she also sold additional coolers to two other accounts before the day was over. Outstanding work, Tracy!
Antwon Townsend, a first-shift employee, volunteered to come and assist the second shift team for the past few weeks. During his time on second shift, Antwon filled in as a forklift operator and order builder. He maintained a positive attitude throughout this time and ensured that his tasks were completed well. Antwon is a big part of our success, and we would like to thank him for being the ultimate team player!
On August 3, April Davis, our SC Admin, took the time to organize her group’s 3rd Annual Back 2 School Bash. They served food, provided beverages from Coca-Cola, and issued more than 200 bags of school supplies to the local community. We are very proud to have such a wonderful employee on our team, and we love the way she takes pride in the community! Way to go, April, and keep up the good work!
