August 20, 2019, was the first day of classes for the students of the University of South Alabama—and what better way to kick off the fall semester than with Coca-Cola UNITED?

We were thrilled to help the students at USA get their year started right. Among the Week of Welcome events were USA First Night, South’s Biggest Dodge Ball, and the Kick Off Cook Out.

The Week of Welcome aims to show every new student, whether they are a freshman or a transfer, all of the places they belong at USA. There’s a full docket for the week, including Move-In Day, Convocation, and Get-On-Board Day.

More than anything, the university desires that their students make connections during this week—connections that will stand the test of time. New students have multiple opportunities to ignite a new friendship, gather information about groups and organizations, and touch base with faculty.

We value connections, too, whether it comes by sharing a Coke or finding a common interest with a new student on campus. Happy fall to the students at USA!
