The College Park facility is pleased to announce that Rhonda Ham, Administrative Assistant, has achieved Employee of the Month for September. Rhonda’s nomination letter reads, “Some call Rhonda ‘the face’ of College Park. She is always there when you need her for literally anything. Her smile is ever-present no matter how hard the workday can be. She is one of the most dependable people in the plant. When she isn’t here, it’s felt through all departments. She has always been a vital piece to the College Park puzzle.”
Rhonda is an active member of the College Park facility’s Safety Committee where she attends monthly meetings to discuss safety improvement plans and initiatives. She enjoys helping the facility maintain safety goals to ensure that everyone is practicing safe work habits. She also plays an integral role in assisting the management team with various projects. When interviewed, Rhonda said her favorite part of being on the College Park team is assisting employees and eating Chick-fil-A each morning to get started with her day.
