Due to recent weather conditions announced by the National Weather Service, below is a list of operational updates for our local bottler markets in the path of Hurricane Delta. You can also call the employee awareness hotline for this information.
The list pertains to the areas having been affected, or potentially affected, by severe weather conditions associated with Hurricane Delta. Locations, facilities, or departments NOT on the list are under standard operating schedules.
Saturday, October 10
Alexandria Sales Center – see below
- No scheduled deliveries. Merchandisers will have a delayed start time of 9:00 am.
- All other departments please check with your supervisor or manager for updates.
Baton Rouge Sales Center – see below
- Merchandiser Large Store Employees – Start time 6am / weather permitting or shortly after
- Route Drivers – No planned deliveries, all route drivers off
- Warehouse – Select crew – start time 7am supervisors have notified employees who have been selected
Baton Rouge Production Department – see below
- Inclusive of all 1st & 2nd Shift employees – off duty
- 3rd Shift QA and Maintenance – business as usual – normal start times
Lafayette Sales Center – see below
- Sales Supervisors: Start time 9am, with a Teams call with your Area Manager to run your Friday route that was rescheduled
- Merchandiser Large Store: Start time at 9am, with a Teams call with your Supervisor
- Distribution Team: Employees who are scheduled to work, please report to the facility at 10:00am
- Warehouse Day Crew: Employees who are scheduled to work, please report to the facility at 10:00am
- All other Departments, including Warehouse Night Crew: OFF unless volunteered to work to support Sales and Distribution; if you are scheduled to support Sales and Distribution for the day, please report to the Facility at 10:00am
Lake Charles Sales Center – Closed
Sunday, October 11
Alexandria Sales Center – Normal hours
Baton Rouge Sales Center – see below
- Merchandiser Large Store Employees – Business as usual, normal start time
- Route Drivers – Who are scheduled to work, business as usual, normal start time
- Warehouse Night Loading Crew – Start time 1pm
Baton Rouge Production Department – Normal hours
Lafayette Sales Center – see below
- Merchandiser Large Store Employees – 6am start time, with a Teams call with your supervisor
- Warehouse Night Loading Crew – Start time 11am
- All other associates – Off Duty
Lake Charles Sales Center – see below
- The following groups are expected to report to the facility by 9:00am: Sales Managers, Merchandisers, Distribution Supervisor, Warehouse, and Material Handlers.
- All other departments are expected to resume normal operations Monday, October 12th
