Hope Zettlemoyer, Employee Relations Manager of Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Co. UNITED, Inc., is an extremely accomplished Human Resources Manager. Hope received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from California Coast University. Hope began her career at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. UNITED, Inc., in 2009 and it there were she developed her passion and drive for wanting to help people grow professionally. Prior to her role as Employee Relations Manager, Hope has held the positions of Route Settlement Clerk and Route Settlement Supervisor.
Hope manages the recruitment process, coordinates job placement activities, oversees performance management and is responsible for employee relations, government compliance and recognition programs. Hope has been awarded The Coca-Cola Way Management Employee of the Year for 2010 and 2012. Hope is married to Jeffery Zettlemoyer and they have four children, Aryanna, Amber, Logan and Gavin. Hope is actively involved in the community and is the United Way Campaign Coordinator for Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Co. UNITED, Inc. Hope is also a member of the Baton Rouge Workforce Investment Board and is on the American Red Cross Power the Purse committee. Hope is planning to continue her education by obtaining her Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. Her motivation is gaining additional knowledge to enhance the overall processes of her job role as she provides continued support to the number one brand.
