The two Georgia institutions toasted their relationship together with key stakeholders and representatives of the University and Coca-Cola. Keynote speakers at the event included Sandy Douglas, President, Coca-Cola North America and Global Chief Customer Officer for The Coca-Cola Company; John Sherman, Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, as well as GA Southern President Brooks Keel and Athletic Director Tom Kleinlein.
In addition to keeping Georgia Southern students, faculty and staff refreshed, Coca-Cola will also help fund new scholarships. Coca-Cola also will support academic and athletic programs and collaborate with the University on sustainability initiatives.
