“Chattanooga Rocks” Contest

“Chattanooga Rocks” – Clint Blevins

The “Chattanooga Rocks” contest was sponsored jointly by EPB and ESE Networks and was open to all Hamilton County Public Schools.  The criteria was to produce a short video that would show why Chattanooga is such a great place!  Clint’s idea was brilliant…his pitch was that we should show a Coke and a Moon Pie (two icons of Chattanooga) out on a date together.  I have been telling my students all year long that all great films begin with great stories, and I knew as soon as I heard it that it was a winner!  Matt Doebler

Most of the story, directing, and camera work were done by Clint.  Shaw Daverson was on site to be our Coke and Moon Pie puppeteer, and James Singleton, Lydia DuBois, Doug Rowin, and David Harrell all had a hand in the editing and post-processing of the film.
