Ft. Stewart 4th of July Concert and Fireworks Celebration

Ft. Stewart and Hunter Air Base have a total daily population of over 110,000 people. Incredible, isn’t it? That number makes them the 5th largest city in Georgia.

Ft. Stewart and Hunter Air Base by the Numbers

Every day on the bases, there are 5,985 civilian workers, 24,839 soldiers, 25,352 reserve trainees, 18,200 Army retirees/family members, and 35,809 active service family members. That’s quite a population!

Savannah Coca-Cola was the exclusive soft drink provider for this year’s free annual Ft. Stewart 4th of July Concert and Fireworks Celebration. The event featured 3 Doors Down, LOCASH, and Jagged Edge.

While the projection was that about 12,000 would attend, the actual number was much larger – more than 17,200!

Savannah Coca-Cola sampled cans of Monster, Fanta flavors, McCafe, Dunkin Donuts, and Gold Peak tea. Dasani .5 Liters were sold to the crowd and given away to MWR workers, Military Police, and Emergency Workers.

Coca-Cola sponsored the Cool Zone area with 2 large misting fans along with patio misters around the tents. This area was a hit with patrons looking to cool off from the heat
