Coca-Cola UNITED Names Victor Ragland Vice President, East Region
Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. has appointed Victor Ragland to serve as Vice President of the East Region, effective Sept. 1. He succeeds Crawford Jones, who was recently promoted to lead all three regions as Senior Vice President, Sales Operations and Commercial Capabilities.
In his new role, Ragland will lead operations across UNITED’s East Region, which includes operations throughout Georgia, in Athens, Atlanta, Augusta, Brunswick, College Park, Gainesville, Lawrenceville, Macon, Marietta, McRae, Milledgeville, Savannah, Statesboro, Tifton and Waycross.
Ragland brings nearly four decades of experience with Coca-Cola UNITED to his new position, having risen through the organization from a frontline role to divisional leadership.
Since joining the company as a merchandiser in Oxford, Ala., in 1988, he has served in positions at every stage of the sales organization, including delivery route salesman, relief salesman, account manager, local key account manager and business development manager. He later led sales operations in Oxford and Macon, Ga., and most recently served as Vice President of the Atlanta Division.

A native of Lincoln, Ala., Ragland attended Jacksonville State University. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is active in the community through organizations including the Masonic Order and 100 Black Men of Atlanta. He will continue to reside in Atlanta.
