In addition to all internal Baton Rouge emails, we will provide updates via our cocacolaunited.com website and emergency hotline again at 7:00 am on Monday, August 15. The information for our valued associates will be the same for all 3 sources.

All business for Sunday, August 14, 2016 has been cancelled including our Sanitation teams.

Our thoughts and prayers are with each, and the families, of our associates, consumers, customers and communities during this difficult time.  Safety and well-being is our primary concern. We are aware of local ordinances and curfews and will service our constituents with regard to local authority and need.

Our Baton Rouge location will be open on Monday, August 15 for business.

To our associates, we understand that getting to work and serving our constituents may be a challenge.  It is important to everyone in UNITED that you communicate your current status immediately to your supervisor or manager.

Please do not plan to arrive to work prior to sunrise at 6:30 am on Monday, August 15th. In an effort to get ourselves back to business, your job duties may be temporarily shifted. Please wear comfortable clothing (shorts, tee shirts, jeans, rain boots, hats) as it will be hot and we will be outside for a large portion of the day.  As is customary within the UNITED Family, other associates are actively regarding the needs of associate safety and well-being, our business and the communities we serve.

The schedule for our employees by department for Monday, August 15 is as follows:

• Production/QC-please report to work at 8:00 am as we will have to get the facility ready for business. (The line will not run, but we will need our team to support in the effort to return to business.) Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.

• Sanitation-please report to work at 3:00 pm. Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.

• Shipping & Loading-please report to work at 7:00 am. Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.

• Drivers/Merchandisers-please report to work at 6:30 am for your assignment. Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.

• Fleet-please report to work at your normally scheduled time. Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.

• Vending/Equipment Services-please report to work at your normally scheduled time. Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.

• Production Maintenance-please report to work at your normally scheduled time. Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.

• Office personnel-please watch for an email update or call the Employee Awareness Hotline (1-888-324-2653) at 7:00 am on Monday, August 15th for an update on your assignment. Please report to work ONLY if it is safe for you to do so; your safety is a priority.
