The College Park facility is pleased to announce that Henry Crawford, Operator – Machine 2, has achieved Employee of the Month for October. Henry works with the palletizers, which are machines used to sort, stack and transfer product to the warehouse. He is responsible for maintaining the machinery along with training employees on how to use it properly and safely. He is an excellent mentor because he makes sure that his fellow employees fully comprehend each technique before moving on to a different one. When interviewed, he said he enjoys the challenge of figuring out different training methods to help his teammates learn and succeed.

Henry’s nomination letter reads, “Henry is a great asset to our training, trouble shooting, and changeover processes. He is always willing to help any of the three shifts. Regardless of whether it’s coming in early or staying late, he is always willing to come in. This allows the team to be in a better position to succeed. Henry is patient and knowledgeable while his skill set stands out. He is a team player and makes everyone around him better. By listening and writing out step-by-step instructions, Henry develops team members to succeed.”
