The College Park facility is pleased to announce that Son Le, Operator – Machine 2, has achieved Employee of the Month for November. Son Le’s nomination letter reads, “Son Le wears many hats out on the production floor. There is no telling where you will see him at any given time as he fills so many shoes. He is not one for many words, but he plays an integral role in getting cases pushed out the door. When we have down days, he even works with other departments. He has acquired the skills and knowledge that are used to best serve the team in a variety of ways. Rarely is Son Le missing in action and he is consistently a true asset to the College Park team.”

Son Le and his fellow teammates from Line 4 won the quarterly incentive last month and got to tour the Mercedes-Benz Stadium as their prize. When asked about his experience, he said he enjoyed seeing the stadium and spending time with his coworkers. He and his team also attended the Open Hand volunteer opportunity and helped pack over 310 meals with the help of their fellow College Park employees. Son Le is an active member of College Park’s safety committee and joined in hopes of ensuring the safety of his coworkers along with the company.
