It can be hard to find time in your busy schedule to participate in physical activity. Walking is one of the simplest, safest, and most effective forms of exercise. This is why Blue Cross sponsors and works with several local Alabama areas to help facilitate  informative and fun  National Walk @ Lunch Day events, like this one in Mobile.

The  National Walk @ Lunch Day encourages people with busy lifestyles – like you! – to enjoy a nice walk during your lunch break.  Mobile Coca-Cola joined in, again, on the fun and a beautiful day for a walk and to share refreshing beverages for all to enjoy.

We hope you, your friends, and your co-workers will make daily walks a part of your routine, as well as participate next year in this annual event!

Our people at Mobile Coca-Cola teamed up with the Alabama Beverage Association for this year’s Blue Cross Blue Shield “National Walk @ Lunch Day” in downtown Mobile, Alabama. Others, like the Mobile Azalea Trail Maids, had a ball (and a Coke) sharing in the fun of the day.
