Coca‑Cola UNITED Invites College Students to Apply for 2027 Pay It Forward Student Internship Program

Coca‑Cola UNITED is now accepting applications for its 2027 Pay It Forward Student Internship Program (PIFSIP), an immersive summer experience designed to help college students develop professional skills, build industry connections and explore career opportunities across the company’s business operations.

The paid, eight-week internship program offers students hands-on experience and exposure to multiple areas of Coca‑Cola UNITED’s business while supporting the company’s commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.

Through a combination of business rotations, mentorship and field-of-study immersion, interns gain valuable real-world experience while working alongside associates and leaders across the organization.

“PIFSIP provides students with an opportunity to learn how a leading beverage company operates while developing the skills and relationships that can help launch a successful career,” said Jennifer Gullo, Director of Culture and Engagement. “We’re proud to invest in future leaders by providing meaningful experiences that prepare them for the workforce.”

The internship begins with rotational experiences across a variety of business functions, including Supply Chain, Sales, On-Premise, Service, Marketing, Communications, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Public Affairs and Risk Management. Interns then transition into focused work aligned with their academic field of study.

In addition to hands-on project work, participants receive mentorship, engage in professional development opportunities, shadow leaders across the business and build relationships with associates throughout Coca‑Cola UNITED’s six-state footprint. The program concludes with a capstone project and team presentation to executive leadership during a graduation ceremony.

Participants will be based in one of three hub locations:

Birmingham, Ala.

New Orleans, La.

South Metro, Atlanta, Ga.
